Education & Leadership Strengthening skills, leadership and knowledge systems that enable communities to shape their own future. FOCUS AREA 01 Women & Elderly Supporting the inclusion, dignity and active participation of women and elderly persons within community life. FOCUS AREA 02 Community Capacity Building the organisational and institutional foundations that allow local initiatives to grow sustainably. FOCUS AREA 03 Healthcare Access Improving access to essential services through locally embedded and community-driven solutions. FOCUS AREA 04 Entrepreneurship & Livelihoods Supporting local economic activity, value creation and income-generating initiatives. FOCUS AREA 05 Culture & Arts Strengthening identity, expression and social cohesion through cultural and creative initiatives. FOCUS AREA 06 Each area reflects how IFORA's model adapts to local realities, rather than predefined sectors.

IFORA is currently in its founding and pilot phase. Our first initiatives are being developed in collaboration with local communities and partners.

Pilot Phase and 2026

IFORA is currently conducting community assessments and building the foundations for our first Innovation Hub. Updates will be published here as initiatives develop.
